Act Happy to Be Happy

There’s no doubt that life can be stressful.  As we work through the motions of life we cannot forget to also be happy.  Acting happy has proved to be lifesaving.  By acting happy, your emotions become infectious to those around you.  Just as having a down attitude can make those around you sad, so can a happy attitude makes those around you smile!  How can you act happy?  Smile, keep good posture, talk casually and light, maintain eye contact and laugh![1]
