Apple Cider Vinegar for Fungal Nails

Apple cider vinegar is a great inexpensive cure for treating nail fungus. Since the fungus likes to grow in warm, moist areas, the addition of the acidic vinegar will help make your nails a very hostile environment for the fungus to grow in. For the most effectiveness, soak your feet three times a day for thirty minutes with a half water and half vinegar mixture. You can also try soaking a cotton ball and placing it on the infected nails for thirty minutes. This will help alleviate the smell of vinegar if you are sensitive to it.[1]

Be persistent! This is a simple remedy, but you need to be persistent if you want your nails to be clear and healthy again.
