The average American watches nearly five hours of TV every day. Watching TV is linked to obesity, decreased metabolism, eyesight damage, decreased attention span, hormonal disturbances, autism, sleep difficulties, limited brain growth and diabetes.[1] The worst part, though, is all of the negative images and gratuitous violence that is so common on TV.
Limit your TV time. Only watch positive and uplifting shows. Try fasting (no TV at all) for one whole week and see how you feel.
