You don’t have to overeat to be overweight. Being overweight has to do with one’s lifestyle and habits. It’s a simple notion that if you want to be healthy then you need to live a healthy lifestyle. Some habits that cause weight gain are: skipping breakfast, eating a late lunch, eating too fast, eating high-calorie quick meals, consuming too much coffee, and having a sedentary lifestyle. These are all lifestyle habits that many people have because of stressful work schedules and they are going to pay for it if these habits don’t change.
To change these habits is as simple as saying “I will!” Get up a little bit earlier and make a home-cooked breakfast and go for a walk after you’ve enjoyed your lunch break.
