Avoid Flu Shots at All Costs

With the winter season approaching, signs are going up to remind people to get their flu shot. The flu shot is not healthy! Here’s why: they contain thimerosal, which is made up of a high dose of mercury; they contain the antibiotics neomycin, polymyxin B, gentamicin, and the emulsifier polysorbate 80, which all lower your immune system; there is evidence to suggest that they can cause Alzheimer’s because of the amount of aluminum and formaldehyde in them; and lastly, they only help if you are exposed to that particular strain of the flu. If you get exposed to another strain, the shot does nothing.[1]

Do not get a flu shot and expose your body to those toxins! The winter flu is linked to a vitamin D deficiency and you all know what you need for that….a little sun!
