Avoid Inner Aisles

Have you ever noticed that the outside aisles at a grocery store are healthier than the inner aisles?  The outside aisles contain mostly fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meats, and other natural foods.  The more you move inward, the more processed the food becomes.  Go for the “clean burning” foods.  Foods on the outside aisles usually have less than 5 ingredients and no preservatives making them a better choice![1]

Stick to the outer aisles and take advantage of these “clean burning” foods.  You will find fresh and healthy selections to add to your lifestyle.
