Benefits of Herbal Soaks

Herbal soaks for your feet are an excellent way to end your day! They are simple to make and they encourage a time to unwind and relax. Homemade foot soaks can be as simple as placing your feet in warm water, but the addition of essential oils is what gives you increased benefits. Oils like peppermint, lavender and chamomile are great for relaxation. Tea Tree oil and lavender are also beneficial because of their antibacterial and antifungal properties.
