Benefits of Hydration

Staying hydrated is a very important part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle!  When your daily liquids comprise of coffee, tea, or soft drinks, you are actually dehydrating your body!  Drinking water aids in weight loss, headaches, back pain, younger looking skin, reduces blood pressure, eases joint pain, and improves your bowel movements.  Water is 75% of our body and 85% of our brain.  When we don’t have proper hydration, our bodies are not running to full capacity and they have to rely on hydration elsewhere like fluid around our joints – which leads to joint pain.
