Bicycling for Good Health

If you want a change in your normal routine, try taking your bike out for a ride!  Bicycling is a great way to get in shape, while enjoying the fresh air outside.  Bicycling is also good for burning off excess calories and improving your cardiovascular health.  A typical one-hour bike ride will help you burn an average of 400-500 calories.  If you do a one-hour bike ride every day of the week, you could burn around 3,500 calories, which is equal to losing one pound.  Not a bad way to lose a little extra weight.
