Brush Your Face for Healthier Skin

brushSkin can easily become dull looking. Luckily, you can improve its look and your circulation by brushing your skin. The next time you are about to take a shower, take a minute to brush your face with a long handled natural bristle brush. Be sure that your skin is dry (a wet brush and/or skin will not have the same effect).[1]

Exfoliate the skin on your face and remove dead skin cells with a natural, dry brush. Make short, firm, circular stokes to not only refresh your skin, but also to stimulate your circulation.
