Exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle and you can start by adding it into your life little by little. For example, an easy foot exercise to help strengthen your feet, increase their flexibility, and improve your balance is calf raises. When you find yourself doing a lot of standing, simply hold onto something, establish your balance, and rise up on your toes. Hold this position for 10 seconds and then lower. Repeat 10-20 times. You can do this exercise with both feet at the same time or one foot at a time.
Just keep moving! Anytime you find yourself standing or sitting, incorporate a small exercise in to keep your body moving.
