Dehydration Causes Fatigue

Have you been drinking enough water today? If you suffer from chronic fatigue, brain fog, headaches, skin problems, joint and muscle pain, poor digestion or cravings, you could simply be dehydrated! When you are dehydrated, your body becomes tense and it starts to restrict blood flow, causing a build-up of toxicity that makes you feel sluggish. There’s some truth to that old saying of drinking 8 glasses of water per day, but keep in mind that it doesn’t mean fruit juice, sodas, or coffee. Some of these beverages can cause your body to become dehydrated.[1]

Keep drinking water! Try adding some fresh lemons or berries to your water to give it a slightly sweet taste.
