When we’re hungry it feels convenient to grab a container and start snacking. However to avoid
over-indulging, never eat directly out of the box. Instead, portion out a single serving into your
own bowl and put the container away. You can always go back for more, but in this case you’ll
only do so because you’re truly still hungry, not because you’re mindlessly munching away.
