Maintain healthy feet and improve balance with exercise. Try toe grips by placing an item (like a small towel) on the floor and picking it up with your toes. You can work out your calves by simply lifting up onto your toes for 10 seconds and then slowly lowering yourself down. To stretch your Achilles tendons, place a towel around the ball of your foot while lying down and then gently pull that towel toward you.*
