Exercises to Combat Cellulite

Cellulite is a type of fat that causes skin to dimple; it typically deposits on women’s thighs and hips. Maintaining healthy circulation will help prevent cellulite. If you already have cellulite, you can reduce it by exercising the affected area with squats, lunges and mountain climbers.*
