Express Positive Emotions

Here’s a New Year’s resolution…laugh more!  People who express positive emotions have been shown to live longer and their happiness is, in fact, infectious!  Numerous studies have shown how beneficial positive emotions are to our health!  Researchers found that listening to joyful music keeps our blood vessels healthy because of the endorphin release.  Another study showed that diabetics were able to lower their risk of heart disease because of laughter.  Even just the anticipation of laughter raises levels of hormones that battle depression and boost the immune system. >[1]

Laugh a lot this year and enjoy every minute you can.  Be a positive person and spread the happiness everywhere you go!

Express your love today!
