Fruits and Vegetables to Improve Muscle Mass

To build healthy muscle mass, you cannot rely on just protein or exercise.  The combination of a healthy diet with exercise will give you maximum results.  Don’t forget about your fruits and vegetables when trying to build muscle mass.  Some great vegetables that help in building muscle mass are: beans, peas, spinach and broccoli.  They are great sources of protein that don’t have a lot of fat.  Some good fruits are: avocados, blueberries and bananas.  Avocado is great for protein and blueberries and bananas are good for manganese and potassium.[1]

Remember your fruits and vegetables.  You don’t have to look much farther then your grocery store to get the help you need to improve your muscle mass.
