Gratitude Journal For Your Health

It’s time to count your blessings…and record them! Research has shown that people who wrote daily in a journal about five things they were grateful for were much more positive about their present life and about their future. They also showed lowered stress levels, they had fewer reports of illness, they slept better at night, and they woke up feeling more refreshed. The research continued to show that those who wrote daily experienced more health benefits than even those who wrote about gratitude only once a week.[1]

Gratitude is a choice and by reminding yourself of how good you actually have it, you will be healthier, more positive, and happier about your life and your future.

Express your love today!
