Interval Exercise to Lose Weight

The plateau.  No one who is trying to lose weight likes that word.  Interval exercising is your answer to that dreaded word.  Interval exercising means that you are “mixing bursts of high intensity work with low intensity periods of recovery.  You’re overloading both the aerobic and anaerobic systems at the same time.”  By doing this you are shaking up your routine to help your body burn calories.  It’s also great for those that don’t have a lot of time to workout.  With interval exercises you can get your same great workout in much less time.[1]
