Jump Your Way to Health

As a kid you were probably told never to jump on the bed. But, jumping is actually good for you! Jump on a rebounder or trampoline for 3-5 minutes at a time.  This shakes up your whole body and stimulates the lymphatic system, which carries nutrients to every cell in your body and takes waste products away.  If you don’t have a rebounder, try jump roping or “jumping jacks” instead.  Jumping is reported to increase lymph flow by 15 to 30 times.[1]
