Just Say “No”

When the items on your plate are stacking up higher and higher, it becomes very stressful! Deadlines pile up and more requests are being asked of you. It’s hard to say “no,” but there are benefits to saying it. If you have other obligations and you say “no” to a new request, you are not being selfish instead you are honoring your previous obligations. Saying “no” also allows you to pursue other interests and it helps control stress levels by not becoming overcommitted. [1]
