People usually exercise at either the beginning or end of the day, but what about the rest of the day? It is unhealthy if the rest of the day is spent mostly sitting and not moving. You can make a commitment to move more. Try stretching at the top of every hour, taking the stairs, parking in far-away spaces, doing squats while brushing your teeth, or calf raises while washing the dishes.
