Move to Boost Your Energy

People are glued to a sedentary lifestyle and according to research it’s a health crisis. If people want energy, they need to sit less and move more! If you are not moving, your body slows down and takes in less oxygen. When you get up to move, your body is releasing endorphins and sending more oxygen to the brain, which wakes you up! However, you don’t need a gym membership to get this energy. Incorporate activities into your day by doing stretches, taking the stairs instead of the escalator, or parking at the far end of the parking lot.[1]
