Nature to the Rescue

Everyone deals with some kind of stress everyday.  Stress from work, from personal life, family, etc.  For a great stress relief try nature.  Nature has long been recognized for its soothing and stress-relieving capabilities.  Many studies have shown that hospital patients show a faster recovery time when they have a view of nature, thus the gardens you see at hospitals.  When you throw nature in with a good walk you are getting twice the dose of stress relief.  Physical activity has also been recognized as a great stress reliever.
