Pamper Your Feet

Fall is approaching! Cooler weather means people are trading in their sandals for boots and more enclosed shoes.  Pay close attention to your feet during this time!  Your feet work hard each day and keeping that same work schedule in enclosed shoes means your feet will need some pampering to stay healthy.  Some things you can do to ensure this is having a proper pedicure, soaking your feet in warm water for 10-15 minutes, getting rid of hard skin, and remember to lotion or put cream on your feet after you shower.[1]

No one likes cracked feet in the winter, so keep your feet happy with a good warm soak at night and you will be happy too!
