Relax with Lavender Oil

Lavender oil is great for aromatherapy, but did you know that it has many other health benefits?  It helps in treating migraines, headaches, anxiety and depression; it helps induce sleep, it’s a pain reliever, it can stimulate urine production, it aides against respiratory problems such as throat infections, the flu and cough.  It’s also used in hair care, improving blood circulation; it treats indigestion, it’s great for immunity, and skin care.[1]

Go get yourself some lavender oil.  If you’re feeling stressed, place 3 drops of pure lavender oil on a soft cloth and inhale deeply.
