Schedule Your Exercise

One of the most common reasons for not exercising is lack of time. The best part about exercising is that you don’t have to commit to a full hour at a time, but you can take 10-minute breaks throughout your day to take a walk, go up stairs, stretch, garden, etc. One method that will help is to make an appointment with yourself to exercise. Work it into your day however you can. If your schedule is not the same each day, look at doing different activities that you enjoy. For those that struggle with motivation, get a friend to call you to keep you on your toes.[1]

Being healthy and strong should be a priority in everyone’s life. Schedule that time to exercise and watch your life improve!
