Schedule Your Physical Activity

When it comes to exercise, your goals should be non-negotiable! They are what you want for yourself and who you are striving to be. One of the most important things to do when starting an exercise plan is to schedule it in! Write it down in your calendar at work, at home, or even set reminders on your phone to ring when it’s time to put on your workout clothes. If you have a busy schedule…no problem! When your favorite show is on, get on the treadmill or do some yoga. Take breaks at work and go outside for a 10-minute walk. [1]
