Set an Electronic Curfew

Electronics connect us to work outside of the office, but they can also connect us to stress. It is important for your health and sleep quality to cut out electronics, such as computers and emails, at least three hours before you plan to go to sleep. Electronics can keep your mind too stimulated, and make it more difficult for you to decompress.*

Don’t let an overly active mind keep you from falling asleep. Set an electronic curfew, and set the tone for a restful night’s sleep by dimming the lights, using calming essential oils and lotions, and setting your ideal room temperature.
