Soak Your Feet in Epsom Salt

Each day our feet carry the weight of our bodies in the shoes we put them in.  It’s no wonder they are tired and sore at the end of each day, so what do you do for them?  Epsom salt is a great way to relax and take all the aches and pains out of your feet.  A simple foot soak with Epsom salt will relieve muscle pain and stiffness; it will soften the skin and neutralize any foot odors.  Besides relieving stress, Epsom salt can also help treat athlete’s foot and fungal conditions because of its anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.[1]

Mix two tablespoons of Epsom salt in a quart of warm water. Soak your feet for 10 to 15 minutes. Your feet will love you for it!
