Spice Up Your Leg Circulation

Blood circulation has a huge impact on the status of your health.  Improper circulation can cause atherosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries), heart and vein issues, as well as high blood pressure.  To help aid your circulation, try spicing up your diet.  Spices such as cayenne pepper and ginger root have been shown to increase circulation by stimulating the heart and increasing blood flow.  Garlic fights plaque build up in your veins and also naturally thins your blood for better circulation.  Cinnamon also helps because it has cinnamaldehyde, a compound that keeps blood platelets from clumping together. Add some spice to your diet!  They are a tasty addition to any meal and your body will thank you for all the health benefits it will receive.
