Everyone likes to travel, but one of the big worries is trying to eat healthy. Here are a few tips to help you out when traveling: pack some dried fruit mixes or veggie slices to keep on hand; if you have to buy food at the airport, look for sandwiches, salads with dressings on the side, and plenty of water; stay away from sugary drinks; get to know the restaurants and keep to lean meats and steamed vegetables; and most importantly, stay hydrated with water! Staying hydrated helps keep our bodies in balance and this is especially helpful in changing environments and weather.
