Tight Shoes Can Cause Bunions

Research has shown that over half the women in America suffer from bunions because of wearing shoes that are too tight, “nine out of ten bunions happen to women and nine out of ten women wear shoes that are too small.”  Are you seeing the pattern?  Everyone wants to have the latest fashions, but everyone needs to make sure they are wearing the right size shoe.  Tight shoes can also cause other health issues such as corns, calluses and hammertoes. When choosing shoes, stay away from short, tight or pointed shoes and for ladies, keep the heels two inches or below.  This is a great way to keep your feet healthy and strong.
