Vegetable Variety to be Thinner

If you’re trying to lose weight, eating vegetables is a great way to succeed because they are low in calories and high in vitamins and minerals. For even better results incorporate some variety into your vegetable diet. A study at Tufts University found the more variety of vegetables people ate, the thinner they were. Different vegetables pack different health benefits and nutrients; plus the more variety you eat the less likely your taste buds will get bored with your healthy habits.[1]

Step out of your vegetable comfort zone and add some variety to your shopping cart. If you like broccoli, give cauliflower a try; zucchini could easily be substituted with yellow squash; try raw cabbage or radishes to get the same crunch as carrots.
