Wake Up with Sunlight in the Morning

You might not like waking up early, but studies have shown that waking up to sunlight has many health benefits.  Sunlight in the morning has the ability to reset your internal clock (circadian rhythm).  This reset helps make it easier to get to bed earlier the next night, which results in better sleeping patterns that aid in energy production.  Studies show that people who have limited access to sunlight do experience health issues that include unhealthy sleeping patterns as well as increased risk of breast and colon cancer.[1]

Wake-up in the morning and plan to get around 15-30 minutes of healthy sun exposure.  This exposure will give you a better sleeping pattern and more focused energy!
