Walnuts for Brain Power

Have a test coming up? Starting grabbing a small handful of walnuts each day to boost your brain’s health. Walnuts contain a very high amount of omega-3 fatty acids, which is great because the brain needs these structural fats for normal function. Most people do not get the proper amount of omega-3s in their diet, thus causing the brain not to function at its best. Some studies have shown that children who have an omega-3 deficiency are more likely to suffer from hyperactivity, as well as learning and behavioral problems.[1]
