When to Replace Shoes

A good comfortable running shoe that fits perfectly is not always easy to find, but once it is, we are attached! However, don’t let your attachment harm your feet. Most athletic or walking shoes last around 500 miles, depending on your level of activity. If you like to walk then your shoes will last much longer than the person who runs three miles a day, whose shoes won’t last beyond six months. Weather also has an effect. If you run in rain, the water will stretch out your shoes faster and if you workout in heat, that will also wear out the glue in your shoes.[1]

Protect your feet and keep them strong with proper shoes. Keep an eye on your shoes and as soon as they start to wear and tear, get a new pair!
