Your Own Massage Oil

Everyone loves a good massage at the end of a long workday.  Make your own massage oil at home!  Tailor made to exactly what you want and need…and it’s easy!  You will need 6 teaspoons of a carrier oil and 8 drops of an essential oil.  Carrier oils help dilute the highly concentrated essential oils so they can be used for massage.  Good carrier oils are: sweet almond, grapeseed, canola, safflower, sunflower, sesame, wheat germ, olive and peanut oil. Add in an essential oil, like eucalyptus, to help relieve muscle aches and pains.[1]

Go to the store and grab some oils!  Make your own and share with friends.

Express your love today!
